1. What are the conditions of my items? 

• New with Tags (NWT) means Brand-new, unused, and unworn. Item may have imperfections ranging from natural color variations to scathes, cuts, nicks, that may occur during the handling process. New factory seconds and/or new irregular items may fall under this category. The original tags are attached.
• Pre-Owned means Previously used or worn. Item may have imperfections and flaws ranging from natural color variations to scathes, cuts, nicks, that may occur due to wear and tear or the handling process. The original tags are not attached.

2. Could my pre-owned and/or new with tags item have imperfections?

• Yes, all items including both new with tags and pre-owned may have imperfections. 

3. Where does Purses Plus source their items from?

• Purses Plus sources items from wholesalers, estate sales, and consignment.

4. Can my address be updated on my shipping label?

• Address changes must be updated prior to shipping, once a item has been shipped, the address can not be changed.

5. Can I return my item?

• Yes, see return policy for complete details.

6. How do I pay for my item?

• Payment for an item is expected at the time of purchase. 
• Items will not be shipped until payment has been received.

We take great care in providing detailed descriptions and photos that closely represent each item. While we do our best to capture every detail, there may occasionally be a minor imperfection that goes unnoticed. To ensure the quality of our products, we video record each item before and during the shipping process. We kindly ask that you carefully review all details before making your purchase to ensure it meets your expectations.
