Purses Plus Return Policy for Handbags
At Purses Plus, we are committed to providing you with high-quality handbags. However, due to the nature of our business and to ensure the integrity of our products, we have implemented the following return policy:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Condition: Handbags must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition with all tags attached. Returns will not be accepted if the handbag shows any signs of wear, alterations, or damage.
- Packaging: The handbag must be returned in its original packaging, including any dust bags, authenticity cards, or other accessories that were included with the purchase.
2. Time Frame
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests for returns made after this period will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Handbags marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Custom-made or personalized handbags are non-returnable.
- Any handbags purchased during special promotions or with discount codes are not eligible for return.
4. Restocking Fee
- A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned handbags. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@pursesplus.net within the specified return window. Include your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
6. Inspection and Refunds
- Upon receiving your returned handbag, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. This process may take up to 5 business days.
- If the handbag passes inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the restocking fee and any shipping fees. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process.
- If the handbag does not meet the return eligibility criteria, it will be returned to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.
7. Exchanges
- Due to the unique nature of our inventory, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
8. Final Note
- Purses Plus reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated in this policy. All decisions made by Purses Plus regarding returns are final.
